On this page, you can join, renew, or donate to the Friends of Cherokee Marsh. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Friends of Cherokee Marsh is a Federal tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Our Tax ID (EIN) is 77-0689194.

For any donation of $15 or more, we'll add or renew your membership as needed so you don't need to select a membership and additional donation separately.

Cherokee Marsh is the largest wetland in Dane County, Wisconsin. The marsh is located just upstream from Lake Mendota, along the Yahara River and Token Creek.
